Everyone I've met here, especially the ladies working at the front desk and in radiology are so kind. However, I've seen 3 different doctors at this point and I haven't loved any of them. Every appointment is very rushed. They don't seem to care at all and don't make any type of connection. It's so frustrating when you go to the doctors and they just speak over you, and don't listen to what you're saying- especially when you're paying a lot of money to be there! I've been dealing with an injury/ pain for 2 years now and nobody here has given me any solution or pain relief, literally nothing at all. They just keep referring me to other people in the building where I also get nothing from them. Am I supposed to walk around with a cane at 23 years old??? Apparently. They DO NOT CARE !!!!

June 14 and August 30th 2023....I have had two total knee replacements with Dr Noble, the staff, nurses, anesthesiologists and all other whom work within this practice are amazing people. They made a long process to getting my life back a fantastic experience...I am so grateful and can't say enough of good stuff about them all.. Thank you to everyone..

From our experience, my husband and I truly believe that P.B.OI. is the very best Orthopedic Institute, with the best doctors and physical therapists! We have been patients of Dr. Noble and the Physical Therapy Department for double knee replacements, and for my back injury. We are both doing so much better with our amazing Physical Therapist Manny and his assistant, Deo. Glory to God! ❤️🙏💯

Dr.Cooney was very informative, and answered all questions thoroughly. His, assistant, Jenny was friendly and helpful. The front office staff made eye contact, was polite and competent. It was an exceptional appointment.

Dr. Estes and her team were very kind, attentive and responsive to my issue. I didn’t wait long once I arrived, promptly had an X-ray and within minutes was seen by the doctor. Dr. Estes explained what she saw and gave me treatment along with some options should I have another flare up.

My doctor Dr Leighton is Great. Used him to review hip pain, shoulder pain and knee meniscus tear. Recommend him highly. He only recommended surgery for hip and only after physical therapy and shots weren’t enough.

They are the best ; Dr's outstanding knowledge and skills. Office ; vary helpful, responsive and care for your needs. I have had hand, knee and back taken care of. All were successful. Beyond grateful, don't wait, call them.

Dr. Michael Cooney is in my opinion the best surgeon there. Watch out for Dr. Scott Norris who disabled me 7 years with no recourse. I will not seek professional help from this institution anymore. Hope this helps someone.
